Goods in Transit Insurance – Covers loss or damage to items while being transported.

Employer’s Liability Insurance – Covers legal liability for injury to employees during work.
Insurance certificates are available upon request. Coverage is subject to policy terms and exclusions.
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Quotes are based on details provided and may be adjusted if the job scope changes.
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate descriptions of items, property access, and any special requirements.
Securing and labeling all boxes unless packing service is included.
Ensuring safe parking and access at pickup and delivery locations.
We are not liable for damage to goods not packed by our team.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or access issues.
Any damage or loss must be reported on delivery or within 24 hours in writing.
We do not carry:
Hazardous or illegal items
Live animals
High-value goods unless declared in advance
Claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
Evidence (e.g. photos, invoices) may be requested to assess the claim.
We reserve the right to refuse jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the agreed terms.
